The finca
A spacious garden for your holiday
Mil Flores sits in approximately 18,500 m² of grounds near Inca. The garden includes more than 40 palm trees, olive trees, orange and lemon trees, over 4,000 m² of lawn and views towards the mountains.
An oleander-lined driveway, approximately 80 metres long, leads to the house. Around the finca, you will find places to spend time together and quieter corners to relax. Planting screens the pool and garden from outside views.
Inca is approximately three kilometres away, with shops, restaurants and a weekly market. The finca is well placed for exploring the coast and the island’s inland towns by car.
Outdoor living
Poolside afternoons and evenings around the table
The pool, approximately 12 × 6 metres, is at the heart of the outdoor area. Sun loungers, lounge furniture and parasols surround it, while the covered terraces provide space for meals and time together.
The pool bar has a beer tap and a 30-litre keg. The barbecue house gives you another place to prepare dinner. Children have a slide, a swing and a large sandpit. Table tennis, table football and billiards offer more things to do. There are also shaded parking spaces and several seating areas within the grounds.
Pool heating is available on request during suitable parts of the season. Please ask about availability for your stay. The current charge is €200 per week, plus electricity consumption.
Please supervise children around the pool. Children who cannot swim confidently need an adult close by.
The house
Space to spend time together and relax on your own
The house offers approximately 280 m² of indoor space and around 100 m² of covered terraces. Three bathrooms and several living areas make it easier to share a holiday with family or friends. The rooms are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace, television and a large sofa area, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is equipped for holiday cooking and includes a dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
Upstairs are bedrooms and two of the bathrooms, including one en suite. A small roof terrace offers views across the grounds towards the Tramuntana mountains.

Facilities
What is available during your stay
The house and garden provide space for shared meals, quiet afternoons and activities in between. Bed linen, towels and garden maintenance are included in the rental rate. Dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, hand soap and one toilet roll per bathroom will be provided for your arrival.
Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Additional charges may apply for pool heating, a further baby set or a larger group.

Rates & costs
A clear overview of the costs for your stay
The rental rates cover the standard arrangement for up to eight guests. The minimum stay is seven nights, with arrivals and departures normally on Saturdays. Please ask for a personal quote if you are travelling with more than eight guests or would like different dates. The large figures are lodging for 7 nights; final cleaning of €250 is added once.

Additional charges
- Final cleaning: €250 once per stay
- Electricity: €0.35 per kWh according to consumption; settled after departure against the security deposit, with the remainder transferred back within 14 days
- Tourist tax: charged separately under the rules applicable to your stay, payable in cash on arrival
- Pool heating on request and subject to availability: €200 per week plus electricity, during suitable parts of the season, cash on site
- Baby equipment: first set free; €15 per additional set per night
- Fifth room and additional guests: occupancy and price by arrangement
- A €500 cash security deposit is collected at key handover and returned under the agreed conditions within 14 days of departure. It is a deposit, not part of the stay price.
House rules

Availability

The finca is available from 4 pm on your arrival day. Please leave by 10 am on your departure day. If you arrive on Mallorca earlier, you may be able to leave your luggage at the entrance by prior arrangement. Please agree the details with our local team. Final cleaning is charged once per stay; the calendar may already include this charge in its displayed stay price. Our cost breakdown lists the items separately.

The finca is approximately three kilometres outside Inca. Driving times depend on your route and traffic. We recommend having a car for shopping and day trips.

Eating out and shopping
Inca has restaurants, bars and shops for everyday essentials. Its traditional cellar restaurants, known as cellers, are a local feature. The weekly market takes place on Thursdays.
A day at the beach
The Bay of Alcúdia, including Platja de Muro and Platja d’Alcúdia, offers long sandy beaches. Depending on the season and weather, you could combine a beach day with a visit to Alcúdia.
Ideas for changeable weather
Options away from the beach include the caves of Campanet and Palma’s old town and cathedral. Check opening times and any restrictions before setting off.

A few answers
How many guests can stay?
The standard arrangement is for up to eight guests. A fifth room and a larger group may be possible by arrangement. Please tell us about everyone travelling, including children, so that we can confirm the appropriate occupancy.
When can we arrive and depart?
Arrivals and departures are normally on Saturdays. Check-in is from 4 pm and departure is by 10 am. Please ask us in advance about different dates.
Can the pool be heated?
Pool heating may be available during suitable parts of the season, at an additional charge. We will confirm the arrangements and costs for your stay.
Which costs are charged separately?
Final cleaning, electricity consumption and tourist tax are listed separately in the cost breakdown. Optional extras such as pool heating or a further baby set may also apply. The security deposit is shown separately.
Do we need a car?
We recommend having a car for shopping and day trips. Inca is approximately three kilometres from the finca.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi via Starlink is available. Access details are provided in the guest guide.
Are parties allowed?
Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted at the finca.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at the finca.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Can we have visitors?
Overnight stays are for the people included in your booking. During the day, up to four additional adults and four children are welcome under the house rules. Please agree any overnight visitors or a larger group with us in advance.
Will anyone work in the garden during our stay?
Necessary garden work may take place during your stay. The gardener usually visits once or twice a week and aims to work considerately.
Is a beer keg included?
According to the house information, a 30-litre keg of Cruzcampo is provided for arrival. The first keg is included in the agreed stay. Please order any further kegs with us in good time.
